As a Digital Workplace Consultant with a focus on AI & Automation, you actively shape the future of modern work. In this role, you leverage your technological expertise to create real value in our digital workplace using artificial intelligence and automation. You serve as a connector between IT, business, and technology, developing concepts and solutions and supporting their implementation and operation in an enterprise environment.:

■ You develop and implement strategies for the use of AI and automation within the Digital Workplace together with our stakeholders.

■ You advise business units, architects, and decision-makers on enterprise-wide solution architectures, platform strategies, and potential use cases.

■ You define governance and operational models that balance productivity, security, and compliance.

■ You are responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of the tools and platforms in use.

■ You actively shape communication with our internal customers – including events, feedback formats, and community engagement.

Convince us with your potential!

■ You have solid experience with Microsoft 365, particularly in modern workplace and cloud environments.

■ You are experienced with AI frameworks, services, or libraries.

■ You are highly skilled in automation tools – ideally Microsoft Power Platform.

■ You understand the needs of business stakeholders and can translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions.

■ You communicate clearly, empathetically, and on equal footing – whether with business, IT, or the community. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

■ You are enthusiastic and bring fresh ideas to the team.

■ You take ownership and drive initiatives with passion and structure.

■ You stay on top of trends and turn valuable innovations into tangible outcomes.
